Our Story
Felix Fezzuoglio
"Mr. Felix," our Chief
Executive Officer, was
born and raised in Southern New Jersey. He began his business career
working in several local restaurants, food stores and delicatessens.
During this time he gathered a wealth of knowledge and learned that quality
service and customer respect were
the keys to a successful restaurant and food business. He polished his
skills while working in his family delicatessen. Attention to detail and
customer service are, to this day, the hallmarks
of his business philosophy.
A
Vision Becomes A Reality
It was during this time that Mr. Felix, as his customers and friends
know him, saw his vision for the future come true—The Opening of F &
M Restaurant, Delicatessen and Caterers. He
started a full service restaurant, delicatessen and catering business
with an eclectic Italian, Jewish and American Menu. It
was an overnight success! With
business booming, Mr. Felix purchased his first delivery truck and began
to provide addition customer convenience. This was followed by "The
Food Express", a fleet of
mobile culinary kitchens. As a-first-of-a-kind
in Southern New Jersey, companies,
town festivals, civic organizations and county fairs can request a fully
stocked operational kitchen. An entire days supply of food and beverages
are then conveniently delivered to their door.
Still A Family Business
And after 32 years of operation, the addition of a fleet of trucks,
plans are now underway for a major expansion and franchise operation. An
upscale in flight catering service named "Anthony's" recently premiered.
Geared for private and corporately owned aircraft, this service provides
a unique level of first class service including an international menu,
linens, china or even an on-board attendant. This Family owned business
is still managed on a daily basis by Chief Executive Officer, Felix
Fezzuoglio, his mother and Chief Financial Officer, Maria Fezzuoglio, his
brother and Executive Chef, Danny Fezzuoglio, and
sister Joanne Schley, Director
of Client Relations & Human Resources.
A
Commitment To The Community
Throughout the years F & M has been committing both financial and
personal resources to numerous local and national charities including
The March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
F & M also provides vocational opportunities for people with
developmental disabilities through their "Community
Partners Program." Through
their commitment to the communities that they serve, the management and
staff of F & M have shared their personal successes with those in need.
